Tumbling Bill has been hashing since 1954. He officially joined the original Hash House Harriers in Kuala Lumpur in 1958. He is probably best known for having founded the Washington DC Hash House Harriers in 1972, the Bangkok Hash House Harriers in 1977 and creating a comprehensive Hash Genealogy. Much of his travels have been related to his efforts in compiling his Hash Genealogy. He has hashed on every continent except Antarctica.
